We install Timorous Beasties papers. The project on the public record is Hyde London City, the former Old Bailey Hotel. Mr Wallcover is not on maker recommended-installer lists: a maker’s name on this site means we installed that maker’s product on that project.
What was hung
Two Timorous Beasties designs, produced as custom-printed vinyl wallpaper: Totem Damask in Black & Blue on guest-room feature walls, and Tropical Clouded Leopard in Vanilla on headboard walls. The interior designers, Studio Moren, selected the designs. For the maker’s range, see Timorous Beasties.
How it hangs
As the case study records it: a sample room first, with the headboard panel shaped and set out behind the bed, then the finish, the setting out and the detailing repeated across the bedrooms.
On the public record
Hyde London City, the former Old Bailey Hotel: 111 guest rooms across seven storeys, in a Grade II-listed Victorian building, about two years on site from a finished sample room in November 2022. The case study below is the record, with its photographs.
