Chelsea work is mostly private houses, and we do not name them. What carries across from our hotel work is the method: a written scope by room, the same core team throughout, and a contained, tidy work area in a house that is still lived in.
Preparation is part of the scope where it is specified: stripping old paper, sanding with dust extraction, and making good before anything decorative goes up. Some papers are hung over a lining. Some, including certain murals, are specified without one.
Aftercare is included. About four to six weeks after completion we come back to check seams, edges and corners once the paper has settled, and the workmanship carries a twelve-month guarantee.

Will you take on a single room in Chelsea?
Yes. A single room in a private house can often be scheduled sooner than a hotel package. We give a date after the survey.
What happens after the paper is hung?
We return about four to six weeks after completion, at no call-out charge, to look at seams, edges and corners. The workmanship guarantee lasts twelve months from completion.
