Identify which rooms can be released together, permitted working hours and the routes used for deliveries. Include guest access, protection and daily handover expectations.

## Choose for the actual use

Agree appearance and maintenance requirements together. Confirm the exact cleaning instructions and the project performance documents for each proposed product.

## Keep a usable record

A room-by-room record of the installed product, batch and care information helps future maintenance. Discuss spare material and the limits of matching a later repair before handover.
