# Contract vinyl

A tighter face specified for wear. At The OWO the install included Vescom.

**Consider it when**
: Cleaning and everyday wear are priorities worth discussing with the supplier.

**The trade-off**
: The material name alone does not establish wet-area or fire suitability.

**Before ordering**
: Check the particular product, cleaning method and project specification.

## Joins

Seams are still there. They are planned, not promised away.

## Where it belongs

Busy hotel rooms and corridors

## Handling

The specified adhesive, the right substrate, and a sample in the room’s own light when the specification is still open.

## Care

More tolerant of cleaning than paper or silk, and still only as the maker allows. Vinyl on a wall is not, by itself, a fire certificate.

Digital colour is a guide. Order a cutting or a sample before you commit to a room. We can install material you have already bought, or source a family and install it. Either way, the next step is a short note about the room.
