The same practice can take the survey, the management, the supply and the aftercare, or join a package that already has a main contractor. We measure on site, or from drawings when that is what the programme needs. Skirting, joinery, doors and windows come out of the area. On many hotel and flagship jobs the wallcovering is free-issue from the designer, the brand or the client.
